What is Comprehensive (aka comp or “other then collision”)

Comprehensive coverage is a coverage for damages to YOUR vehicle. Any damage other than collision will fall under this coverage. Think, acts of God, theft, vandalism, falling objects, etc. This coverage usally comes with a deductible of $0-$2000. Most common is $500.00.
